Brother HL 5340D Printer – The Affordable And Confident Printer
The Brother HL 5340D printer is a wonderful, compact machine. It is an extremely fast desktop laser printer that can churn out an incredible 32 pages per minute. And, as you would expect from Brother, it is a very reliable addition to any office or home office environment, with the Brother 5340D compatible toner ensuring perfect pages every time. If you have a computer you absolutely have to have a great printer that is there for you whenever you need to print something. You just cannot have a printer that doesn’t work for you just right each and every time. Whether you are printing a map or directions to an important meeting, a critical report for work or even your child’s homework, you have to be able to rely on your printer.
In the time I’ve owned this fantastic Brother printer, nothing has gone wrong. I feel like I may never buy another printer again. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t even think about it. It is like flipping a light switch. I just know it will work and in my busy life I can’t quite imagine how I lived without it before.
This offering from Brother is loaded with all the features I need. It can print on both sides of the paper and it holds a massive 250 sheets. It has an extra tray that can hold 50 sheets. That’s where I print letterhead and envelopes and other special items. Plus, I’ve got the extra capacity tray that holds an incredible 800 sheets. Too perfect!|This thing holds a ton of paper and has a separate tray for letterhead and envelopes. You can get another tray that holds 800 sheets. I probably change the paper in my Brother printer less than once a month! And that’s with four of us in the house using it. There’s my wife, me and my two teenage boys. Believe me, this printer gets a workout.
The Brother HL 5340D printer is packed with features. In addition to being able to print on both sides of a single sheet of paper, it has a fifty sheet multi-purpose paper tray and a 250 sheet paper tray. The smaller tray can be used for specialty printing like letterhead and envelopes. For those who need to do larger print jobs, there is an 800 sheet capacity tray available. You’ll go days, even weeks without having to worry about running out of paper with this optional tray. 800 sheets and Brother replacement toners will seem like an almost unlimited supply!
I do a lot with my computer. I work, of course, which means reams and reams of paper and Brother keeps those pages churning out. Plus, my wife likes to print recipes (she’s an amazing cook!). Then there are my kids.

The Brother HL 5340D printer is so simple to operate it’s like a dream. My whole family loves this printer. In fact, when the kids go off to college, I’m going to buy each of them one of these as a going away present. That way I know I won’t have to buy them another printer while they are at college. Finding the price of Brother 5340D ink and toner online had my eyes popping! I couldn’t believe the prices for all Brother toner. I knew a bargain on toner when I saw one!
