Brass Going
I got court in a few days because I got caught with brass knuckles. What’s going to happen?
I was driving and got pulled over because my dad’s car had expired tags. The cops searched the car and found brass knuckles in there. I claimed them so they wouldn’t get blamed on my cousin. So I’m getting charged with PC 12020a. I got bailed out and my court date is coming up in a few days. My record is clean and I have no history with problems with the law and I’m not trying to go to jail. What’s going to happen? What should I do?
I plead not guilty… any clue what’s next?
I suppose it is too late to get a new family.
Unfortunately there is no legitimate reason to have brass knuckles, so the judge will make a few assumptions about you. Probably not jail, but it won’t be a pat on the back.
