how do i go about learning how to play a samba / bossa nova / some jazzy stuff on my guitar?

is there anything on the web that’ll teach me?

The Real Book 6th edition has latin tunes in it that you can both look at the chart, then listen to what the player is doing (you’ll need to get a recording). But the chart shows you the chords and the melody and listening informs you what to do for the style.
