If I wash my hair with shampoo meant for blondes will it make my hair blonder?

I have light brown hair, but I want it to be more blonde. If I use shampoo that is meant for blondes will it make my hair more blonde?

It MIGHT. Those shampoos have ingredients that enhance blond hair and make it a little brighter but it won’t really make a noticeable different. If you wanna go blonder try a semi-permanent dye or you can use “sun in.” It like a lotion you put in your hair and then you go out in the sun and it lightens your hair a bit. My friends use that stuff and it works great for them.
