Big Top

how high do you fill the top and bottom molding of the big top cup cake with batter?

I’m baking a big top cup cake tomorrow and i don’t know how high to fill the top and bottom molding with batter (its silicone)
btw im at a hotel in florida in a villa suite with a full kitchen so im limited on cooking ware i need some tips!!!

If it’s the same as making a hollow bunt cake-the round ones with the hole in the middle if you were wondering-then it’s halfway. Actually, as far as I know, with most types of cake(cupcakes included) the mold/pan should be filled to just about 1/3 to half. it doesn’t look like much but depending on the type of mix-moist, fluffy, etc.-it will rise most of the way if not all the way to the top.
