Is there a recording studio in Nashville, TN that I can go to this summer? Something open to public.?
I am going this summer and I want to record some songs. I don’t necessarily want them to be my original songs, my parents said that they went to the Barbara Mandrell recording studio a long time ago and it was like karaoke.
RECORDING STUDIOS are just like CARNEGIE HALL.. anyone can RENT THEM for anywhere from $100 to $1000 PER HOUR depending on your needs. I charge a basic fee of $300 PER HOUR with a 3 HOUR MINIMUM just to rent the EMPTY STUDIO and the equipment, but if you need session musicians and a lot of technical support you can easily have a bill of over $1000 PER HOUR.. so, considering my studio is one of the CHEAPEST.. how many HOURS would you like to BUY?
Those ‘studios’ like your parents went to are NOT REAL STUDOS.. they are NON COMMERCIAL ‘studios’ where peole can sing to a Karaoke machine and make a sh*tty non-commercial recording. I have even seen them housed in something like a PHOTO BOOTH where any drunk with a few bucks can ‘record’ his/her voice in a less than professional setting
