Baby Face

At what age can a baby face the front of the car in a carseat? Or does it just have to do with weight?

I notice that in the stores each of the front facing seats list weight, not age so, I was wondering which to go by and what the baby should weigh and/or age they should be. Thanks.

At least one year and 20 pounds. Both criteria have to be met before turning the baby around.
