Is the Rosie and the Original’s Song “Angel Baby’ Copyrighted or Public Domain?

If copyrighted where can I find the licensing rights?

According to what I’ve been able to find on it, this song was written by 14-year-old Rosie Hamlin, who also sang lead on it. She was not listed in the songwriting credits and after much legal wrangling, she was able to get the copyright to the song although battles over royalties continued for decades afterwards. Since she is still active as a performer to this day, she probably still holds the copyright to her song.
