What are the long term repercussion to your body of sitting behind a desk all day and leaning on table while working in front of a computer?
What kind of effect does this have your back and spine? How about your legs? And blood circulation? Lets hear from people who have been badly affected by sitting behind a desk all day and spend / have spent time hunched over their desks.
Sitting at a desk all day is absolutely horrible for the human body. Weight gain, vericose veins, poor circulation, posture abnormalities, general deconditioning, etc. Terrible! You have to go to the gym right after work and exercise hard. Lift weights and do at least 30 min. of moderate cardio. Try to stay as active as possible on the weekends. This will kind of negate the fact that you’re sitting at a desk all day. The human body was not designed to sit in a chair!!!!!!!
