Is it all right to use gel on relaxed hair?

I’ve heard that relaxed hair is more prone to damage than natural hair. Will the use of gel cause harm or is it all right to use it for styling hair?

I would say you should try a wax or hair paste,gel is not the best thing for your hair and tends to damage it by freezing it in position while a wax and paste give it more movement and feel more natural.
