After Midnight
Can I legally buy alcohol after midnight tonight?
I’m turning 21 this midnight tonight, that is, my birth is January 24, so can I buy beer after midnight tonight? I just wanna be safe than sorry, and it’s a long drive to my 24 hour local grocery store, or I can only buy it legally tomorrow or the day after my birthday?

In Minnesota you can’t legally be served alcohol until 8 am the following morning…it happened to me and it sucked!
